Refund Policy

Lavender Life Planner

1. iOS App Store Purchases

All subscriptions to Lavender Life Planner are processed through the iOS App Store by Apple. Refunds for App Store purchases are managed exclusively by Apple.

To request a refund for an App Store purchase:

  1. Go to reportaproblem.apple.com
  2. Sign in with your Apple ID
  3. Select the purchase you'd like to request a refund for
  4. Follow the on-screen instructions

2. Subscription Plans

Lavender Life Planner offers two subscription plans:

All subscriptions are auto-renewable. Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.

3. Free Trial

New users receive a 14-day free trial with full access to all features. No payment is required during the trial. If you do not subscribe before the trial ends, access to the app will be paused until you choose a plan.

4. Cancellation

Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time. To cancel:

  1. Open the Settings app on your iPhone
  2. Tap your name at the top
  3. Tap Subscriptions
  4. Select Lavender Life Planner
  5. Tap Cancel Subscription

After cancellation, you will continue to have access until the end of your current billing period. No further charges will be applied.
